Yabukita Matcha

Freshly stone-ground organic matcha from Hattori Farm in Shizuoka, Japan. Made from Yabukita cultivar, this matcha creates bright green color that has a roasty bittersweetness.

Product Description

Prepping Suggestions: For a straight matcha drink, use 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder per 8 ounces of water. Begin making the drink by blending a small amount of water with the matcha powder. Stir or whip with a match whisk until completely blended. Top off with hot or cold water.

For a matcha latte, use 1/2 more matcha powder then described as above and blend together with a small amount of water. Pour over a cup of hot or cold milk and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
