Chamomile Citrus Herbal Tisane

A relaxing blend crafted from finest chamomile with the right amount of citrus to create a deep yellow infusion that is calming and balanced. Perfect for the night time of a run-around busy day.

Ingredients: chamomile, apple pieces, lemongrass, green rooibos, orange peel, vervain, vanilla pieces, natural flavor.

Steeping Suggestion: Use 1.5 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in 212 °F water

For iced tea, use double amount of tea and steep normally. Pour over ice to drink immediately or add an equal amount of room temperature water and store in refrigerator. To sweeten, add sugar, honey, or stir in a sugar stick while the tea is still hot.
